In order to support the process of rapid growth within Perrigo, a medicine factory, Lotem set up a learning infrastructure for employee screening, orientation, and training, adapted to the organization’s new needs and diverse employee population.
The organization is in the process of rapid growth, opening new production lines and changing work processes, and the employee population is heterogeneous and multi-generational. Consequentially, it was imperative to build infrastructures tailored to the organization’s new needs, and to provide diverse learning solutions adapted to its changing culture.
Lotem operated in two parallel channels. The first was building a long-term infrastructure while supervising and training the employees to implement the solutions and work independently. The second channel was immediate learning solutions such as courseware for orientation, training processes and quality training, all tailored to the target population.
