The Solution

Lotem simplified and designed the assessment process to promote constructive dialogue between the executive and the employee under assessment. A dialogue was set up, focusing on strengths and areas for development:
• Validation sentences that allow the executive to provide feedback to the employee in a constructive and focused manner.
• Marking the executive’s strengths and the areas for improvement in a manner that greatly simplifies the process and helps clarify the messages.
