At a global hi-tech company that is constantly growing globally, the need arose to develop employees’ ability to meet the challenges of business expansion. In addition, there is a need to strengthen the employees’ connection to the company through the creation of a paths for development and personal and professional growth at the company.
A performance evaluation process was established, combining the processes of employee development with organizational decision making. In this process, employees are responsible for their personal and professional development, with the support of the manager, as an integral part of the performance evaluation form.
